Amy Judd

Amy is an experienced dietitian with a passion for great food and supporting people to eat well. She works mostly to support people struggling with their relationship with food including disordered eating and eating disorders. She is also passionate about child nutrition (restricted or fussy eating), sports nutrition, gut health and female health (including endometriosis, PCOS and menopause).
Amy's approach is empathetic and non-judgemental. An initial session is all about getting to know you and your health goals. She works alongside you, to make it easier for you to find solutions to achieve these goals.
